1General Terms & Conditions

By using 299betai's website, app, or any of its services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the full document before you begin.

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between 299betai and the user. The rules set out here apply to all games, betting, payments, and promotions.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

3Deposit & Payment Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, your balance is usually updated within 5–15 minutes.
• If a deposit fails due to a payment gateway issue and funds have been deducted, contact support within 24 hours.
• 299betai does not charge any transaction fee on deposits — however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4Withdrawal Rules

A few important things to keep in mind before making a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Your first withdrawal will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may require additional verification, which can take up to 24–48 hours.
• If you have an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, those bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by account tier — VIP members are eligible for higher withdrawal amounts.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

299betai's bonus program is designed with Bangladesh members in mind. That said, it's important to understand the terms before claiming any bonus:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: you must wager 5 times the bonus amount.
• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time — you must complete the requirements of the current bonus before claiming the next one.
• Withdrawals directly from a bonus balance are never permitted — the bonus is converted to your main balance only after all wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if proven.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, 299betai reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the actual stake.
• If a live betting wager fails due to a disconnection, it is generally treated as void and the stake is refunded.
• If a cricket match or any other event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and your original stake will be refunded.
• Maximum stake limits for Sports Betting vary depending on the event and market.
• All game results are recorded on 299betai's servers and serve as the definitive record in the event of any dispute.

Casino games use a third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator). Every spin or hand is completely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 299betai. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to secure guaranteed profits through arbitrage betting or any similar method.
• Betting or gaming using funds belonging to a third party.
• Operating an account using a false identity or providing misleading information.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding or conspiring with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

An account may be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is being investigated. If the account is cleared, it will be reactivated once the investigation concludes.

8Account Suspension & Closure

299betai may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If false or inconsistent information is found during KYC verification.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• As required by a legal authority or regulatory body.
• At the member's own request (for Responsible Gaming purposes).

If an account is permanently closed, any bonuses obtained through rule violations — along with associated winnings — will be forfeited. However, genuine deposits made (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
